Verkehrsverbund Ost-Region (VOR) GmbH is Austria’s largest transport association and, since 1984, has ensured comprehensive mobility and services for all passengers in Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland in cooperation with more than 40 rail and bus partners. In these three federal states, VOR is responsible for the planning, coordination, and optimisation of public transport for around one billion passengers each year. Its core tasks include fare and timetable design, customer service, and the awarding of transport services.
