Top-Jugendticket
The Top-Jugendticket, priced at €88.60, provides unlimited travel on all public transport services within the VOR network in Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland – valid every day of the year, including school holidays.
Jugendticket
The Jugendticket, priced at €19.60, may be used on public transport for journeys between home and school or the place of training. For schoolchildren and vocational students it is valid on school days, and for apprentices and police trainees on all weekdays.
Please note that the Jugendticket is valid only for travel to the place of education or training, and not for trips to leisure destinations or similar purposes.
Validity of the Top-Jugendticket and Jugendticket
Jugendtickets and Top-Jugendtickets are available to schoolchildren attending an eligible school at least four days per week, as well as to apprentices and police trainees up to the age of 24, whose place of residence or training is in Vienna, Lower Austria, or Burgenland, and who receive family allowance. They are valid only together with a valid school or apprentice ID.
Jugendtickets and Top-Jugendtickets are non-transferable and valid only in combination with a school, vocational school, or apprentice ID from1 September until 15 September of the following year. Police trainees require an ID issued by VOR.

Jugendtickets can be purchased at the following points of sale:
- Post offices and many Post partners in Lower Austria and Burgenland
- VOR ServiceCenter at BahnhofCity Wien West
- Info and ticket counters, and vending machines of Wiener Linien
- Many tobacco shops (Trafiken) in Vienna
- Ticket counters and vending machines of ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railways) and Raaberbahn
